Players of the week, as nominated by their schools, for the week ending Nov. 13:
Rachel Skibba, so., Mosley volleyball: Had six kills and eight blocks in a regional quarterfinal win.
Sarah Robertson, fr., Arnold volleyball: Had six kills, three digs, two blocks, two aces and four service points in a regional semifinal.
Andre Allen, sr., Arnold football (offense): In the week ending Nov. 6, had 16 carries for 202 yards and four touchdowns.
Ryan Rogers, so., Mosley football (offense): Rushed for 133 yards and one touchdown and exceeded 1,000 yards rushing for the season in nine games.
Daniel Hills, sr., Mosely football (defense): Had 11 tackles, seven solo from his defensive tackle position.
Joey Brannen, Bozeman football (offense): Rushed 10 times for 75 yards and was 2 for 2 on extra points.
Neil Poston, Bozeman football (defense): Have five solo tackles, two for loss, one pass breakup and caused two fumbles.
Victoria Hove, sr., Mosley girls swimming: At the 2A state finals in Orlando, she placed fourth in the girls 200 IM with a time of 2 minutes, 5.87 seconds, just shy of her All-American Consideration time set last week at regionals. She also placed fourth in the 100 breaststroke and turned in good splits on the 200 medley and 400 freestyle relays.
Michael Duderstadt, jr., Mosley boys swimming: At the 2A state finals in Orlando, he placed fifth in the boys 100 breaststroke and broke the oldest Mosley record, from 1989, in 58.75. He made an All American Consideration time in the preliminaries with his time of 58.15. He was also the only Bay County boy swimmer to compete in the finals as an individual. He was eighth in the 200 IM with a time of 1:55.48 in prelims, .2 second from the record. He turned in key legs on the 200 freestyle and 400 freestyle relays, both of which placed third and set new county records.
Maddy Adams, fr., North Bay Haven girls basketball: Scored 21 points vs. Bozeman in the Mosley preseason tournament and 18 vs. Wewahitchka in the season opener.
