Mosley's Evans wins regional breaststroke title

TALLAHASSEE - Mosley’s Sara Evans had the best individual showing with a first place in the 100-yard breaststroke and Mosley’s Lauren Delaney (two) and Rutherford’s Paul Faulhaber each placed second to lead Bay County finishers in the Region 1-2A swimming meet Thursday at the Truesdell Center.

Mosley’s boys team placed sixth and its girls were seventh. Rutherford’s boys were 17th and its girls 18th and Bay’s girls finished 21st. Tallahassee Leon won the boys meet and Ponte Vedra Nease won the girls title.
