Mosley wins 16U Dizzy Dean state baseball title

BONIFAY - Mosley Orange defeated Rutherford 5-1 on Wednesday to win the 16-under Dizzy Dean state baseball championship.
Mosley advanced to the Dizzy Dean World Series starting July 23 in Southaven, Miss.
Mosley forced the if-necessary elimination game with a 13-3 run-rule win over Rutherford on Tuesday. Mosley also eliminated Holmes County 4-0 earlier Tuesday to advance to the championship game.
