Golf: Murphy leads Mosley to four-team win
LYNN HAVEN — Taylor Murphy shot a 36 for medalist honors to lead Mosley to a Bay County boys golf match victory at Panama Country Club on Tuesday.
Mosley shot 154 as a team, receiving 39s from Dalton Humphrey and Dillon Humphrey. Jeremy Senterfitt added a 40 and Reed Maddox carded a 45 for the Dolphins.
Arnold, behind Hudson Meek’s 38, was second with a 173. Brandon Webb shot 42, Kip Karani 43, Nick Frost 50 and Erik Ihaksi 56 for the Marlins.
Samuel McLane’s 37 paced Bay to a third-place finish and a 183 total. Michael Fowler had a 46, Daniel Fowler 48, Michael Fowler 52 and Sam Gramling 52 for the Tornadoes.
Rutherford was fourth with a 212 behind Chris Walters’ 48. Neil Patel and Nick Nelson each had 53s and Joe Ernst carded a 58 for the Rams.
