Graff sisters lead Judson into national tourney

MARION, Ala. - Sisters Melia, Malina and Tori Graff, all of whom played softball at Rutherford, will compete for Judson College in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association World Series beginning Friday in Akron, Ohio.

Melia and Malina are senior outfielders, while Tori is a freshman catcher. Judson, located in Marion, Ala., received the No. 7 seed in the eight-team tournament and will open against second-seeded St. Mary of the Woods Friday at 9 a.m. CDT.

The double-elimination tournament concludes with a best-of-three championship series on Sunday.
