Port St. Joe’s Roman Quinn is expected to be selected in the Major League Baseball Draft on Tuesday. He is rated the 24th best high school prospect and 73rd overall by Baseball America.
The first round was held on Monday. Rounds 2-30 take place Tuesday starting at 11 a.m. CDT.
Other area prospects could be chosen, including some from Chipola College’s national tournament team. PanhandleVarsity will be keeping readers up to date on any and all area selections.
