Players of the Week, as nominated by their schools, for the week ending Oct. 16:
Jacob Martinez, jr., Bozeman football (offense): Rushed 22 times for 108 yards and one touchdown, and was 6 for 13 passing for 71 yards.
Chandler Burkett, jr., Bozeman football (defense): Had 13 total tackles including five for loss and one quarterback hurry.
Deanna Canfield, sr., Mosley volleyball: Had team highs in aces with seven, points 19, kills 40, digs 30 and blocks with six.
Jeremy Senterfitt, Molsey boys golf: Shot 77 to lead the team to a fourth-place finish at the District 2-2A tournament. He finished eighth individually, but advanced to the Region 1-2A tournament as the third overall finisher not on a qualifying team.
J.T. Mackall, sr., Bay football (offense): Rushed 22 times for 221 yards and four touchdowns.
Jarod Wilkins, jr., Bay football (defense): Had five touchbacks on special teams.
Emily Fisher, jr., Mosley girls swimming: Despite an illness managed a personal best in the 200 freestyle (2:15.89) for second place in the county meet, won the girls 100 freestyle and turned in strong splits on the 200 freestyle relay and 400 freestyle relay.
Caleb Champagne, sr., Mosley boys swimming: Won both his individual events, the 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle, as well anchoring the winning 200 freestyle relay and leading off the winning 400 freestyle relay.
Alex Dyer, jr., Arnold volleyball: The setter had 22 assist, eight service points, three aces and three digs.
